Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods
Currently we use USPS for domestic and international shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times from the shipping date are as follows:

Tracking
All shipped orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside of the United States, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
Shipping Restrictions
There are currently no shipping restrictions for our magnets based on their size, strength, or destination. However, shipping regulations—especially those related to magnetic materials—are subject to change based on carrier policies and international guidelines.
We recommend reviewing your selected carrier’s most up-to-date shipping policies before placing large or international orders, particularly if air transport is involved. We will continue to monitor regulations and update our policy if changes arise.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if it appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Damaged packages: Send us photos of the item and packaging.

Lost packages: We will work with the carrier to locate the item. If it's confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
